Independent studies conducted by renowned educators throughout the country have shown that children involved in musical programs perform significantly better in Math, English and Social Studies and exhibit more desirable behavior than children who have not.

Student Policy
Our teachers and staff are dedicated and will provide knowledge and encouragement to all our students allowing them to reach their highest potential.  Our students will develop a love and understanding of music which will be a source of pleasure and relaxation throughout their life.   We have certain expectations of the students in order to accomplish this.

     Attendance:
Students should be on time, prepared and have all their lesson materials.  A student must attend all their classes to progress.  Their will be no make-up lessons or fee transfers for missed lessons unless we are notified at least 24 hours in advance or in the case of extended illness, teacher cancellation or school closing.  In these cases we will reschedule lessons as our schedule permits.  Each student is reserved as a specific time and day with our school and teacher.

     Fee:
The lesson fee is due the first lesson of each month.  We do not bill for the lessons.

     Materials:
Gwinnett Discount Music teachers may select all books and materials and payment is expected upon receipt of said materials.

     Termination:
A 30 day notice is expected by the student or the parent if the lessons are to be discontinued.

     Private Instruction Weekly Lesson Rates:
1/2 hour weekly- $17
1 hour weekly- $34
