Used Martin SPDC-16TR Special Edition Acoustic Guitar – Good Condition
Proudly built in Nazareth, Pennsylvania, the Martin SPDC-16TR is a Special Edition model from Martin’s respected 16 Series, offering premium tonewoods, upgraded appointments, and classic Martin craftsmanship in a versatile dreadnought cutaway design. Produced during the late 1990s, these “SP” models featured higher-end cosmetic details while maintaining the dependable and player-friendly construction that made the 16 Series so popular.
This SPDC-16TR features a solid spruce top paired with East Indian rosewood back and sides, delivering the powerful dreadnought voice players expect from Martin — rich bass response, sparkling highs, and excellent projection with impressive balance and clarity. The cutaway body design provides easier upper fret access and comfortable playability across the fretboard.
As a Special Edition model, this guitar includes upgraded appointments such as elegant Squares and Diamonds fingerboard inlays, matching diamond bridge inlays, and a label signed by C.F. Martin IV, adding both visual appeal and collector interest.
